Commis Chef Level 2 (Evening Group Oct. 2020)

THH20614 NVQ Level 11 in Commis Chef Level 2 program is required to be completed by trainees with ALL core unit standards in order to be certified along with the required number of electives.  


Units are clustered to provide efficient delivery of the programme.  Trainees MUST complete all assignments, discussions, and tests posted on the Moodle Platform

CSHCOR0013B : EQUIP WORKERS IN THE USE OF UNIVERSAL PRECAUTION IN THE MANAGEMENT OF HIV AND AIDS IN THE WORKPLACE

These units deal with the skills and knowledge required by the employee to protect and equip workers to effectively protect themselves and manage  HIV and AIDS in the workplace. This demonstrate knowledge of the role that the individual worker plays in the prevention of HIV and AIDS, develop and implement personal risk reduction plan, assess workers knowledge regarding HIV and AIDS. 

Establish the role that the workers and facility will play in the prevention and control of HIV and AIDS. Provide specific information regarding HIV and AIDS Implement non-medical approach to manage HIV and AIDS and opportunistic infections after diagnosis. Evaluate workers’ response to peers with confirmed HIV and AIDS.  Facilitate workers’ education about HIV and AIDS.
